Very quaint little town with the Burns cottage as high lite of their existence. The coffee shop across the road from the cottage could be revamped considering the amounts of tourists they must be getting. The little post office/ convenience store next door was an absolute treat. Beautifully merchandised with excellent staff. I should be reviewing them!!

Really good food and an amazing selection of cakes - would definitely recommend even just getting a takeaway on the way past! Everyone that works here is lovely and is friendly to all the customers :)

Really nice wee tea room with good menu and very good flavours in the food. Staff all friendly and pleasant. Cakes are also great.

Today my friend and I had Afternoon tea in this beautiful little village of Alloway. It's the best Afternoon tea we have ever had , and the price was amazing. Staff were so nice . All the baked goods are homemade. We will definitely be back 10/10 all around.

Lovely dining experience in Poets Corner in Alloway village Ayr. Food excellent same company as Backstreet Foods in Ayr well recommended. Really nice helpful staff and chef chatted away before we left. Definitely worth a visit and you wont be disappointed... And well deserved...
